Unlike other name-brand shafts, which are made in Mexico, China, Korea, Bangladesh, Taiwan, and China, all of our shafts are MADE IN THE USA, and we are very proud to list this on each shaft label. These shafts are made by highly-trained professionals, who have an average of more than ten years experience in this field.
Our long drive shafts are made from 27 unique and different layers of graphite prepreg, which are purchased from the world’s top supplier of high-end prepreg. Each of these 27 layers are electronically-machine rolled (one-at-a-time) in order to insure the highest level of accuracy. Unlike other shafts (which are measured for torque only at the tip-end), all of our shafts are measured for torque ratings in three places (at the tip-end, at the butt-end, and at the mid-section). Any shafts that are found to be more than 3-cpms out-of-round (following a 360* rotation) are considered to be defects and they are discarded. Each shaft also passes additional quality-control inspections for roundness and for tip-to-butt stiffness. Our competitors do not perform all of these quality-control testing.
Quite simply, if you achieve the proper launch-angle, and if you transfer more energy to the ball through a stronger and more efficient shaft, and if you combine this with a lower ball-spin rate, the ball has no choice but to go farther and straighter. As demonstrated at the recent World Long Drive Championships, our efforts have achieved the desired results.
Arguing that these results only apply to long drive competitors would be similar to arguing that the equipment used by Nascar or Formula One vehicles wouldn’t have application in commercial automobile sales.

… We built these lighter-weight shafts after many of the competitors at the 2007 RE/MAX LDA World Long Drive Championships asked us to come out with a lighter shaft. This shaft was was used by two-time World Champion Gerry James to make the Finals in the Senior Division, and Tom Roskos also used it to take a solid 4th Place at the LDA’s Canadian Long Drive Championships. The low flex categories allow club-makers the option to build long drivers for average golfers.
