The Killer Bee Yellow Hornet LD driver is designed for one thing — distance. Developed specifically for the long drive circuit, the Yellow Hornet LD driver maximizes distance for players with swing speeds in excess of 120mph. The original Yellow Hornet distance driver inspired the design of the LD version. The LD version of this driver has been co-developed with the help of Pat Dempsey, former ReMax World Long Drive Senior Champion and 2006 Iceman International Long Driver winner.
Pat is playing this driver in competition during the 2008 season and says, "Not allowing time or cost to interfere with the making of the Yellow Hornet LD has made it, without a doubt the hottest head going. I set the benchmark high in performance, ball speed, face angle and over all looks. With the CNC milled variable thickness face and perfectly positioned CG and MOI, the new LD driver is my choice for maximizing distance."
